Terms , Conditions and return policy
Kurnia-Retail products are made solely to order, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds of any kind. If the product is claimed to be delivered faulty or has a manufacturer fault, the customer must notify Kurnia-Retail in writing within 14 days of receiving the product. You must contact us at sales@kurnia-retail.co.uk
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging still intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number. Please state the item you wish to return and your reason for the return.
If your return is approved. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Only once we receive and inspect the returned items to check they meet the original condition will we refund the order. Once inspected and approved, please allow 30 working days for the refund to process.
